B2B Sales Manager (Microsoft CRM Solutions, US/UK Markets)

Dynamica Labs is an international IT company and Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for clients in the US and UK. We help large corporations optimize business processes, scale sales operations, and leverage modern technologies, including AI and Copilot.

We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager (Microsoft CRM Solutions, US/UK Markets) to drive full-cycle sales, manage existing enterprise accounts, and actively acquire new international B2B clients. In this role, you will directly contribute to revenue growth, strengthen long-term partnerships, and expand our presence in the US and UK markets.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in IT sales
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Understanding of IT services and CRM solutions
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English for international communication
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closing
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and active listening skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Ambition for professional growth with potential to lead a team in the future

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the existing client base and actively acquire new clients
  • Full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closing
  • Identify client needs and provide consultations on company products
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with delivery teams for successful project execution
  • Maintain CRM and sales reporting
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
