Partner Manager DataForSEO

Softoria is a multi-product company focused on software development and delivering innovative solutions in the fields of Data as a Service, Big Data, Mobile Apps, and Security Products. We are looking for a Partner Manager to join the DataForSEO project.
 

About the position:

Own and scale partner/influencer-led demand generation by sourcing and managing influencers/creators on social media (primarily LinkedIn and YouTube), executing paid placements and ambassador programs, and running broader sponsorships (events, publications, newsletters, communities). Also manage review and listing platforms (e.g., G2, Capterra) to improve visibility, citations, and clients' trust.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of creators (micro to mid-tier; occasional macro where ROI is proven).
  • Brief creators on brand guidelines while allowing for their authentic "voice" to ensure high engagement.
  • Execute outreach sequences (DM/email), qualify interest, and move creators through a structured funnel.
  • Ensure post-campaign follow-ups: reporting, learnings, content reuse, relationship nurturing.
  • Manage tracking setup (UTMs, landing pages, promo codes, attribution approach).
  • In the future Design and operate an ambassador program with the following owning performance and compliance (disclosures, messaging, brand guidelines). 

Requirements:

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, sponsorships, or affiliate/creator programs.
  • Direct experience running LinkedIn and/or YouTube creator collaborations (sourcing -> outreach -> negotiation -> execution -> reporting).
  • Hands-on experience with paid placements (influencer integrations, newsletters, podcasts, publications, or marketplace buys).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple external partners simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
  • Clear written communication (briefs, outreach, negotiations) and confident verbal communication (English).
  • Attention to detail: contracts, deliverables, tracking links, compliance.
  • High ownership and reliability
  • Analytical thinking: you can interpret results (both positive and negative) and adjust your strategy.

Nice to have:

  • Examples of successful LinkedIn or YouTube integrations you have personally managed.
  • Using AI to scale personalization in outreach or content brief generation.
  • Experience with ambassador/community programs, referral programs, or affiliate programs.
  • Conflict resolution with partners (scope creep, missed deadlines, and content revisions).
  • Copywriting ability for creator briefs and landing pages.
