Hubspot Expert / Revenue Operations Specialist

Are you a HubSpot power admin who knows exactly how to squeeze every drop of value out of the platform? Do you get energy from building intelligent systems and making a real impact at a fast-growing SaaS scale-up?
We are looking for a dedicated HubSpot Specialist to take ownership of our CRM environment and integrations, ensuring our commercial teams run like a well-oiled machine.
The Role
As our HubSpot Expert, you are the technical owner of our commercial engine. Your primary mission is to maximize the value we get from HubSpot across our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
While business logic and deep process mapping will initially be guided by leadership, you will be the absolute authority on how things get built. If we need to see conversion rates per pipeline stage, you know exactly how to configure the funnel analytics. If you notice we aren't utilizing HubSpot Playbooks for our sales calls, you proactively suggest and implement them.
You will also handle connections between HubSpot and our other tools using platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
What You Will Do
HubSpot Mastery: Manage (currently 200 active workflows) and optimize the Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs to their fullest potential. You will build and maintain advanced workflows, sequences, and automation rules.
- System Utilization: Proactively identify unused HubSpot features (like Playbooks, Lead Scoring, or advanced reporting) and deploy them to improve team efficiency.
Light Integrations: Connect our ecosystem using native integrations or external automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) to ensure smooth data flow between systems like our billing software and finance tools.
Data Guardian: Act as the guardian of our "Source of Truth", keeping our data clean, segmented, and actionable.

Process & RevOps Strategy: Learn how to drill down into operational bottlenecks, map complex business processes, and prioritize high-impact automations alongside the Head of Product.
- AI Implementation: Dive into the world of AI by building RAG-based support bots, implementing chatbots, or using AI to analyze sales transcripts to automatically enrich deal data and track objection handling.
What We Expect From You
Deep HubSpot Expertise: You have demonstrable, hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, workflows, reporting, Hubs). You know the platform's capabilities and limitations inside out.
Integration Skills: Experience connecting tools using API-based integrations and automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier).
Proactive & Independent: This role is open to fully remote candidates across Europe, so you must be a self-starter who communicates effectively with office-based stakeholders.
