Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We are developing a B2B platform for high-volume WhatsApp messaging, focused on companies with large-scale communication needs (500k+ messages per month).
Our clients are international businesses in fintech, iGaming, lead generation, e-commerce, real estate, and other high-volume verticals.
We are looking for an SDR with strong outbound experience who can independently build pipeline and reach decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Independently identify and prospect B2B companies (high-volume segment)
- Execute 40โ60+ personalized touchpoints per day (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp)
- Engage with CTOs, Marketing Directors, and Founders
- Schedule demos and pass qualified leads to the closing team
- Build and manage your own contact database
- Work across international markets
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B outbound / SDR / BDR roles
- Preferably experience in fintech, iGaming, Forex, crypto, insurance lead generation, or other high-volume niches
- Strong understanding of cold outreach and building pipeline from scratch
- Comfortable with a high-activity outbound environment
- Professional English proficiency
- Russian โ required
