Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are developing a B2B platform for high-volume WhatsApp messaging, focused on companies with large-scale communication needs (500k+ messages per month).
Our clients are international businesses in fintech, iGaming, lead generation, e-commerce, real estate, and other high-volume verticals.

We are looking for an SDR with strong outbound experience who can independently build pipeline and reach decision-makers.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Independently identify and prospect B2B companies (high-volume segment)
  • Execute 40โ€“60+ personalized touchpoints per day (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp)
  • Engage with CTOs, Marketing Directors, and Founders
  • Schedule demos and pass qualified leads to the closing team
  • Build and manage your own contact database
  • Work across international markets
     

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B outbound / SDR / BDR roles
  • Preferably experience in fintech, iGaming, Forex, crypto, insurance lead generation, or other high-volume niches
  • Strong understanding of cold outreach and building pipeline from scratch
  • Comfortable with a high-activity outbound environment
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Russian โ€” required
