Creative Producer

CherryShort is a fast-growing short-drama platform creating addictive vertical micro-series for mobile audiences.

We produce emotional, fast-paced, cliffhanger-driven stories designed for TikTok / Reels / Shorts generation.

We combine storytelling, mobile-native formats, and data-driven marketing to create series that millions of users binge daily.

Now we’re looking for a Creative Producer to join our marketing team🔥

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and briefs for performance ads.
• Work closely with UA and motion design teams to produce and test new creatives.
• Analyze competitors’ ads and market trends to find new growth angles.
• Work with large volumes of creative, performance, and market data to identify insights.
• Track campaign results, understand key performance metrics, and scale top-performing ideas.
• Build and optimize processes to scale creative production and improve speed.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 1+ years in creative production or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and user acquisition.
• Hands-on experience as a motion designer is a big plus.
• Experience writing creative briefs and working with motion/graphic designers.
• Experience using AI tools for creative production, research, or content generation.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of information, research, and creative testing data.
• Data-driven and confident making decisions based on results.
• Passion for social media, trends, and storytelling.
