Product Designer

We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and take ownership of the user experience and visual evolution of our AI-powered mobile applications.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering (Flutter/Python), Growth, and Monetization teams to design intuitive, high-converting, and scalable experiences for a subscription-based AI app.

What You’ll Do
● Design intuitive and modern mobile-first experiences (iOS & Android).
● Own end-to-end product design: research → wireframes → prototypes → final UI.
● Improve onboarding, paywalls, and subscription flows to maximize conversion and retention.
● Redesign complex AI flows to make them simple and “resolutive” for users.
● Optimize user journeys for:

• AI chat interactions
• Image generation flow
• Feature discovery

• Error handling & fallback states

  ● Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation in Flutter.
  ● Create scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
  ● Run UX audits and competitor benchmarking (ChatGPT, AI apps, etc.).
  ● Support A/B testing initiatives with Growth team.
  ● Ensure product experience aligns with our “all-in-one AI” positioning.

   

Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in mobile product design.
● Strong portfolio showcasing mobile apps (subscription-based preferred).
● Experience designing AI, SaaS, or productivity apps is a strong plus.
● Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems).
● Strong understanding of:

• UX principles
• Conversion optimization
• Behavioral design
• Subscription/paywall psychology
  ● Experience designing for both iOS and Android guidelines.
  ● Ability to simplify complex flows into clear user journeys.
  ● Strong attention to detail.
  ● Ability to work independently and take ownership of product areas.
  ● Good English communication skills.
  
  Bonus Points
  ● Experience with AI tools or LLM-based applications.
  ● Experience designing for in-app purchases and monetization flows.
  ● Experience with growth experiments and A/B testing.
  ● Understanding of analytics tools (Amplitude, Firebase, etc.).
  ● Motion design or micro-interaction experience.
  ● Experience in fast-moving startup or M&A environments.
