We are currently launching a new project:
A modern, high-performance website for a German surgical practice that must meet the highest standards in UX, speed, stability, and technical SEO.

We are looking for a highly experienced PHP / WordPress Full-Stack Developer for an immediate project, with the goal of establishing a long-term collaboration. There is strong potential for an ongoing and possibly more permanent engagement.

Your First Mission

Develop a high-quality WordPress website for a surgical practice in Germany:

• Fast loading times (< 1 second target)
• Clean UX and medical-grade professionalism
• Advanced dynamic forms (e.g., consultation request)
• Lightweight integrations (e.g., simple Doctolib-style booking integration)
• Strong technical SEO foundation
• Scalable infrastructure setup

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

• 8–10+ years of WordPress development experience
• Strong PHP background
• Deep understanding of WordPress architecture
• Experience developing and managing environments:
  • Dev
  • Test
  • Staging
  • Production
• Many completed WordPress projects (not just maintenance work)

Performance & Technical Excellence

You are the kind of expert who can confidently answer:

“What exactly needs to be done to achieve sub-1-second load times?”

You bring hands-on expertise in:

• Performance optimization
• Core Web Vitals
• Load management
• Advanced caching strategies
• Database optimization
• CDN configuration
• DNS management
• Server setup & configuration
• FTP & hosting management

WordPress Ecosystem Mastery

We are transitioning to YOOtheme Pro as our primary builder.

Required:

• Strong WordPress expertise
• Experience with multiple editors/builders:
  • Elementor
  • WPBakery
  • Others
• Ideally experience with YOOtheme Pro
• Ability to advise on best architectural decisions

• Understanding of “state of the art” WordPress in 2026

   

Nice to have:

• Custom theme development
• Clean custom code instead of plugin overload
• Limited but solid WooCommerce understanding (no heavy e-commerce focus required)

UX & Strategic Thinking
