Senior Designer

We’re looking for a confident, experienced Senior Designer to strengthen our creative team. 

This is not a support role — we’re looking for a strong individual contributor who can lead projects end-to-end while elevating the overall creative standard of the team.

What you'll do

• Own design projects from concept to final delivery
• Translate strategic goals into strong visual solutions
• Contribute to and refine brand systems and design guidelines
• Present and confidently articulate your design decisions
• Provide thoughtful feedback to peers and help raise the overall design bar
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all creative output

What we expect

• 5+ years of professional design experience (agency or product environment)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-level visual craft
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design workflows
• Ability to independently lead projects and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Ownership mindset and strong attention to detail
