We are growing and looking for a Junior Sales Manager who is ready to start a career in B2B sales within the iGaming industry.

You don’t need years of experience β€” what matters most is your English, communication skills, curiosity, and ambition to grow in sales.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English - you will communicate with international partners daily.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in online meetings.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to structure information.
  • Interest in B2B sales and willingness to learn.
  • High level of responsibility and ownership.
  • Proactive attitude and results-driven mindset.
  • iGaming understanding is a plus, but not required.

 

What you will do:

  • Support the full sales cycle together with senior team members.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential partners.
  • Prepare presentations and commercial proposals.
  • Participate in calls and meetings with international clients.
  • Follow up with partners and help manage relationships.
  • Analyze partner performance and assist with upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams.
  • Represent the company at international industry exhibitions and conferences, supporting networking and partner development initiatives.
