Performance Creative Designer

Helpware is a global company providing outsourcing and customer operations with teams in the USA, Mexico, Ukraine, Albania, and the Philippines. We partner with innovative companies and help them scale by taking over operational processes so their teams can focus on strategic, high-value work.

We are growing and opening a position for a Performance Creative Designer.

We’re looking for a designer who understands CTR/retention, why one creative “hooks” better than another, and can propose ideas/hooks/video structure for the task — not just animate a finished layout. The focus of the role is performance creatives and organic social content: fast, systematic, with variations and a clear testing mindset. Motion is a tool, not the goal.

Work format: client projects and the Helpware brand (performance ads + organic content). The main production focus is short-form formats, scaling, series, and A/B testing.

What you’ll do:

  • Create motion creatives for social media and advertising: reels/stories/short loops, animated posts, kinetic typography.
  • Develop series of A/B variations: hooks, CTAs, first seconds, formats, copy, compositions.
  • Turn static creatives into motion while keeping brand consistency.
  • Work with copy as a key performance element: readability, hierarchy, timing.
  • Maintain and evolve a production approach: templates, reusable elements, animation patterns, export presets, standards.
  • Use AI to speed up production (assets/variations/drafts) within company policies.

What matters:

  • Performance mindset: understanding CTR/retention and the ability to explain what influenced a creative’s results.
  • Ability to propose hooks/angles/video structure for the task (not just “execute the layout”).
  • Strong graphic design fundamentals: composition, typography, color, brand sensibility.
  • Motion experience specifically for SMM/ads: fast, readable, with a clear CTA, optimized for platform formats.
  • Systems thinking: working with templates, components, reuse, and versioning.
  • Proficiency in Figma + one fast video production tool: CapCut Desktop / Premiere (or equivalent).
  • Understanding platform specifics: safe zones, subtitles, first seconds as the hook, duration, formats.

Nice to have:

  • Performance creative experience (testing mindset, fast iterations based on results).
  • Rive/Lottie or any reusable motion component workflows.
  • Basic editing/sound (clean up, add tracks, sync).

    We Offer
  • Competitive compensation linked to USD rate
  • Medical insurance after the trial period
  • English classes
  • Corporate training and events
  • Opportunity to work in a global company with career-growth potential
