About the Role

We are looking for an Inbound Sales professional who will be responsible for converting inbound demand into paid contracts and guiding clients from pilot to annual agreements.

This is not an SDR or lead generation role - this position focuses on closing and revenue ownership.

 

Responsibilities

  • Working with inbound leads (Marketing, conferences, referrals, partners)
  • Conducting intro and demo calls
  • Qualifying leads and managing deals from SQL to payment
  • Preparing proposals and negotiating commercial terms
  • Driving clients from pilot phase to annual contract
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Success (handover, pilot stage, scaling)
  • Managing pipeline and revenue forecasting in CRM
  • Participating in industry conferences (according to the agreed plan)
     

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a mature sales professional who already knows how to close deals and wants to grow in B2B SaaS sales.

 

Must-have:

  • 5+ years of overall sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years in B2B
  • Proven deal-closing experience
  • Confident in conducting demos and negotiations
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel
  • Structured CRM management
  • English β€” Advanced+
  • Ukrainian and Russian β€” fluent
     

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS / AdTech / MarTech / iGaming
  • Experience with international clients
  • Experience with pilot projects and subscription models
  • Understanding of performance marketing
