Python Developer

We are looking for a Python Developer, preferably with team lead experience, to join a long-term product team.
 

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience with Python

- Strong experience with Flask

- Experience with Django (migration experience is a plus)

- Previous team lead or technical leadership experience

- Solid understanding of backend architecture and best practices

- Basic knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, deployments, infrastructure concepts)

- Strong communication and ownership mindset

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the backend team

- Drive the migration from Django to Flask

- Oversee backend architecture and code quality

- Manage development process and delivery timelines

- Contribute to backend development when needed

- Collaborate with DevOps and other technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

- Experience scaling backend systems

- Experience building long-term technical roadmaps
