Junior QA Automation

We are looking for a Junior QA Automation to join our product team.
You will work closely with experienced automation engineers in an established and structured automation process. This is a growth-oriented role where you will contribute to automated testing while developing your technical skills under mentorship.

This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, test automation, and CI/CD within an established and supportive team. We value a strong ownership mindset and responsibility over deep tool knowledge.

Technology Stack

TypeScript, Playwright, WebdriverIO, BackstopJS, Mocha / Chai, GitHub Actions, AI-assisted testing approaches
 

What You Will Do

• Create and maintain automated tests (UI, API, Visual Regression)
• Work within an already established automation framework and processes
• Analyze CI results and investigate test failures
• Collaborate with developers and manual QA engineers to improve test coverage
• Participate in requirement analysis and clarification
• Follow coding and testing best practices defined by the team
• Continuously improve your automation and product understanding

Required Skills

• 6+ months – 1 year of experience in test automation
• Good understanding of JavaScript fundamentals
• Understanding of how web applications work (client-server model, REST APIs)
• Familiarity with Git and basic CI concepts
• English communication skills (written and verbal)
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, or similar tools
• TypeScript knowledge
• API testing experience
• Understanding of OOP basics
• Experience with visual regression testing
