Strong Middle / Senior Symfony Full-Stack Developer to $2500

We are looking for a Strong Middle or Senior Symfony Full-Stack Developer to join a long-term project for our partner based in Miami.

About the Project

We fully manage and develop a custom CRM system designed to:

• Capture and process leads for the sales team
• Classify qualified leads as merchants
• Manage merchant onboarding (document preparation, bank account setup)
• Track and manage equipment statuses (leased or sold)
• Handle role-based access control
• Implement a sales bonus system
• Distribute payments between team members
• Integrate with banking systems (bi-directional integration)

This is a complex, real business system with ongoing development and scaling.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a developer who:

• Has strong hands-on experience with Symfony (full development cycle)
• Is comfortable working across backend and frontend
• Has experience with legacy codebases
• Has solid Docker experience (deployment & troubleshooting)
• Has experience working with AWS (EC2, SSH access, basic environment configuration)
• Can read and interpret technical documentation in English
• Is motivated and proactive
• Is flexible and reacts quickly to requirement changes
• Communicates consistently throughout the working day (task updates, blockers, progress reports)
• Is ready to attend daily meetings and ad-hoc calls when needed
• Is fully dedicated to the project (no parallel commitments)
