Manual QA Engineer

Turbo Games - builds some of the fastest and most engaging crash games in the iGaming industry, offering 40+ Provably Fair titles enjoyed by players worldwide. As we continue to grow our high-load, real-time game ecosystem, we’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer who understands game logic, RTP, betting behavior, performance aspects, and can analyze the product beyond surface-level UI testing.

Responsibilities:
 

• End-to-end testing of slot games (in development and live environments)
• Functional and regression testing
• UI/UX testing
• Performance testing (FPS, memory, network, draw calls)
• Defect reporting and tracking
• Log and metrics analysis (Grafana)
• Creating and maintaining test documentation
• Verifying backend integrations (bets, payouts, balances)
• Monitoring game behavior in production (production support)

Key Requirements:
 

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Manual QA
• Strong understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and standards
• Experience testing web projects
• Experience defining test scope and building a test approach
• Experience writing test cases, test plans, and maintaining test documentation
• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
• High attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with JIRA or similar bug-tracking systems
• Confident use of DevTools (Network, Console, Performance — must have)
• Understanding of HTML / CSS (reading and analysis level)

Will be a plus:
 

• Experience in Gambling / iGaming
• Understanding of RTP, hit rate, volatility
• Experience testing slot games
