Python Engineer (Agentic AI)

We’re hiring a Middle Python Developer to build production-grade Generative AI and agentic workflows for international client projects. You’ll work with modern LLM tooling and cloud infrastructure to ship reliable AI features end-to-end.

What you’ll do

• Build and support Python services focused on Generative AI and agentic/graph-based workflows
• Implement agent orchestration (e.g., LangGraph), tool-calling, memory, routing, and multi-step automation
• Integrate LLMs from major providers and connect them to external APIs and business systems
• Work with vector databases / embeddings to power retrieval and context-aware experiences
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver robust, maintainable solutions
• Improve quality via testing, automation, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines
• Debug performance/cost bottlenecks (latency, token usage, throughput) and raise reliability standards

Must-have skills

• Solid commercial Python experience
• Practical experience with agentic workflows and frameworks (e.g., LangGraph)
• Hands-on use of LLM APIs (commercial providers) in real products
• Understanding and application of vector stores in AI pipelines
• CI/CD familiarity (build, test, deploy automation)
• Strong English communication in distributed / cross-cultural teams

Nice to have

• Background in AI-focused product teams or fast-paced tech environments
• Experience with AWS or Azure

• Understanding and implementation of RAG patterns (retrieval, chunking, embeddings, evaluation)
