Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineer)
We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can quickly learn our software products and translate technical capabilities into clear business value for customers. You will partner closely with Sales and our technical team to run discovery calls, design the right solution approach, and deliver confident, tailored demos that match the customer’s level of technical expertise.
You will work primarily with English-speaking customers across the US, Canada, and Europe. Knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead English discovery calls to understand customer goals, current workflows, constraints, and success criteria
- Analyze customer business processes and identify high-impact opportunities for process automation
- Shape the solution approach with internal technical teams, balancing feasibility, timeline, and customer priorities
- Prepare and deliver customized demos aligned to each prospect’s use case, industry language, and technical level
- Support Sales through the full presales cycle: qualification, solution positioning, technical validation, and next steps
- Provide clear, structured answers to technical questions while keeping discussions customer-friendly and outcome-focused
- Assist with RFPs / security or technical questionnaires when needed
- Capture discovery outcomes, risks, and requirements in a structured way, ensuring smooth handoff to implementation teams
What We’re Looking For (Required):
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Implementation Consulting for software products
- Strong technical foundation and ability to learn new platforms quickly (integrations, automation, workflows, data concepts)
- Proven ability to run effective demos: engaging, structured, and tailored to different customer audiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: you can explain complex topics simply, confidently, and professionally
- Strong sales awareness: you understand how deals progress and how to support Sales without turning calls into deep technical lectures
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced) for customer calls, demos, and written responses
Nice to Have:
- Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise workflows, or document/process automation platforms
- Understanding of common integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, SSO, ERP/CRM integrations)
- Familiarity with security and compliance topics (data handling, access controls, cloud fundamentals)
- Knowledge of Ukrainian (spoken/written) is a plus

- Customers clearly understand the value, the process, and the “how” without feeling overwhelmed
- Demos feel relevant and easy to follow, with the right level of technical depth for each audience
- Sales cycles move faster because technical risks are identified early and addressed calmly and clearly
