Data Analyst (offline)

Project Overview:
Intellias is working as a technology consulting partner for Innovative Trade Finance bank, that Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Our partner is strategically located in the innovation-friendly environment of the Abu Dhabi Global Market and positioned to take advantage of the UAE’s role as a global trade hub.

Envisioned as the worlds first digital corporate trade bank, our partner seeks to address the trade finance gap, left by incumbent trade banking models and FinTech platforms.

Responsibilities:
- To lead projects in Data Analysis area;
- Take responsibility for all data sources, reports, simple models and data requests;
- Creating and updating dashboards, visualizations for data;
- Creating and updating regular (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) and on-demand reports;
- Analyze data in order to ensure continued growth;
- Determine growth points, create, evaluate and improve current data points;
- Working with MS Azure infrastructure, Stream Analytics;
- Analyze specification, outline project scope and create business design and requirements;
- Prepare time/cost estimates based on the project requirements;
- Create wireframes;
- Learn new technologies and techniques.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data teams that manage multiple databases;
- Knowledge of data quality and data consistency issues around Macro and Market Data;
- Good understanding of how Economic Events/Corporate Actions/Market Events impact data;
- Experience with the remotely located team;
- Knowledge of Project and Process Management;
- Sense of Ownership;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to keep up with technical discussions;
- Strong writing & verbal communication skills. Ability to be the voice of the team;
- Focus on getting things done
- Appreciation for the contribution of individuals. Ability to optimize the team's performance;
- Hands-on experience in the implementation of quality gates and quality measures for the development process;
- Flexibility in ways of thinking about how to achieve project goals;
- Ability to Identifies opportunities and drive change;
- Ability to explain estimates and prove they are correct;
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level (B2+), both written and spoken.
