Team Lead Front-End Developer to $3600

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Front-End Developer to build a next-generation AI-powered business process management platform from scratch. This is a greenfield project where you’ll influence architecture, technology choices, and development standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using TypeScript + React
• Design scalable architecture with MobX
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets (Socket.IO)
• Integrate GraphQL APIs
• Build UI with Material UI (MUI)
• Configure and optimize builds with Webpack / Vite
• Write tests using Jest
• Collaborate with designers (Figma) and back-end developers
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members
• Use AI tools (Claude Code, Codex) to enhance development workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with TypeScript / React
• Experience with MobX, GraphQL, WebSockets
• Strong knowledge of modern FE tooling (Webpack, Vite)
• Testing experience with Jest
• Experience with Git / GitHub
• Leadership experience (min. 6 months)
• Strong communication skills
• Interest or experience in AI/ML
