Junior Developer (Marketing Automation) – Full Time

Location: Remote / Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Student / Junior Developer to join our team and work on

marketing automation systems. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their

career who wants hands-on experience building real automation workflows powered by

modern AI tools.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain automation workflows using tools like n8n

Integrate LLM-based AI services into marketing and operational processes

 Develop scripts and small backend services (Python preferred)

 Connect APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms

 Optimize and monitor automated pipelines

Requirements

 Basic programming skills (Python)

 Basic DevOps knowledge (Linux, Docker)

 Understanding of APIs, REST, and JSON

 Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, or similar – advantage)

 Interest in AI / LLM technologies

 Strong problem-solving skills

 English – intermediate or higher

Nice to Have

 Experience with prompt engineering

 Experience working with CRM or marketing platforms
