Sales and Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive sales professional with excellent English skills to own the full client lifecycle 
โ€” from first contact to long-term partnership and growth.

This role combines sales and account management, with a strong focus on building trusted relationships 
with SaaS product companies from the US and EU. You will manage the clients you bring in 
and act as a strategic partner throughout the collaboration.

As a key member of our growing product design agency, you will help shape the internal processes and 
execute our sales strategy. You will work with leads, conduct discovery calls, present solutions, close deals, 
and maintain client relationships.
 

About you

You have experience helping companies grow by creating great sales strategies and building strong 
relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their needs.


Experience

  • At least 2 years of B2B full-cycle sales experience
  • Experience in B2B services sales and account management
  • Experience working with international clients from US and EU markets
  • Understanding of SaaS and product environment (design, development, or product)
  • Ability to demonstrate proven and measurable results

Nice to have: Experience selling SaaS design or product design services
 

Language

  • Fluent English (at least C1 ) โ€” must have
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: from discovery โ†’ proposal โ†’ negotiation โ†’ closing deals
    โ†’ account management
  • Build and develop long-term strategic partnerships with clients
  • Work with leads provided by our marketing team and work closely with the design team
    to define the scope and proposals
  • Develop client accounts that you bring in: regular check-ins, feedback collection,
    and identify upsell opportunities
  • Contribute to building our sales strategy and processes
