Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are a fast-growing fintech company and an industry leader in innovative digital solutions for corporate clients. Due to the growing volume of leads and operational tasks, our Sales Team needs someone who can take ownership of early-stage lead management and qualification. If you enjoy research, communication, and structured work, this role is for you.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • First contact with inbound and outbound leads
  • Lead qualification and initial screening
  • Early-stage research of potential clients
  • CRM management according to the sales pipeline
  • Follow-ups of leads and clients
  • Administrative tasks related to leads
  • Supporting Sales Managers before the deal stage

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 1+ year of experience in Sales/Support/Chat communication
  • Strong communication skills
  • Research and analytical thinking
  • Ability to structure information
  • Comfortable with cold outreach
  • CRM proficiency (or readiness to learn quickly)
  • Intermediate English level
  • Availability to work 11:00-20:00 Mon-Fri
