Position Summary
The Sales Operations Manager monitors and improves how Account Executives perform their jobs. This person makes sure the sales team meets their goals, stays in contact with clients. The role focuses on tracking progress, holding team members accountable for results, and ensuring Account Executives receive the support they need to succeed. This is not a selling role - the focus is on tracking team progress, maintaining process compliance, and coordinating resources to help the sales team perform effectively. Advanced English proficiency is required.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring & Accountability
- Track and analyze Account Executive performance against their goals and targets
- Review sales pipeline activity and progress regularly
- Identify performance gaps early - missed goals or at-risk opportunities
Ensure adherence to sales processes, reporting standards, and activity expectations
Operational Support & Escalation
- Report performance problems or skill gaps to senior sales leadership so they can provide coaching
- Identify and remove administrative or operational barriers that slow down Account Executives
- Connect Account Executives with experts, resources, or senior leadership when they need help
Watch for inconsistent work quality and flag when someone needs training or support
Reporting & Forecasting
- Create regular performance reports and forecasts for leadership
- Make sure CRM data and sales reports are accurate and complete
Watch for trends that affect revenue, client relationships, and placements
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Enforce standard sales processes, communication practices, and documentation standards
Suggest improvements to sales strategy, tools, or processes based on what you observe
What to Expect in This Role
This role requires a confident, assertive, and proactive personality that is comfortable enforcing standards and driving accountability:
- You will manage the U.S.-based sales team and set the tone for accountability, consistency, and performance.
- You will hold Account Executives responsible for results, address missed goals, and confidently confront non-compliance without accepting excuses, while maintaining professionalism and respect.
- You will handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally, gaining cooperation without direct authority.
- You will make timely decisions and escalate issues when needed to protect revenue and client relationships.
- You will be expected to identify gaps, risks, and performance issues early and come prepared with practical solutions.
You will work independently, show initiative, and take ownership without needing daily direction from leadership.
Schedule: From 3 pm till midnight Kyiv time (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break) Monday through Friday
