About project:

MilX is the solution. We operate two powerhouse verticals:

1. MilX Banking: Elite fintech infrastructure tailored for high-revenue creators.

2. MilX for Business: The definitive CRM and ERP built specifically for

creator-led companies.

 

Purpose of the position:

Your goal is to penetrate the "Top 10%" of the creator market. You will sell MilX

Banking to the creators themselves (B2C) and MilX for Business (CRM) to the talent

agencies, production hubs, and MCNs (B2B) that scale them.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Dual-Product Mastery: Become an expert in both our Fintech (payouts, credit, FX) and our SaaS (CRM, workflow automation, data analytics) offerings.
  • B2B Enterprise Sales: Pitch and close Talent Agencies and MCNs, helping them implement MilX for Business to manage their entire roster.
  • B2C Growth: Directly engage high-net-worth creators to migrate their business banking to MilX Banking.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the journey from cold outreach and "un-ignorable" DMs to technical demos, contract negotiation, and final closing.
  • Strategic Upselling: Identify opportunities to move Banking clients onto our CRM, and vice versa, creating a locked-in MilX ecosystem.
  • Pipeline Architecture: Build and refine the "MilX Playbook" for navigating agency gatekeepers and creator entourages.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • The Hybrid Hunter: You have a proven track record in both Fintech (numbers-driven) and SaaS (solution-driven) sales.
  • Cold Calling Native: You have "ice in your veins." You are comfortable calling a CEO at a top-tier agency or DMing a 10M+ sub creator.
  • SaaS Savvy: You understand how a CRM solves operational pain. You can speak fluently about API integrations, data silos, and workflow automation.
  • Creator Fluent: You understand the economics of YouTube-from CPM fluctuations to the complexity of multi-channel management.
  • Flawless English: C1/C2 level. You communicate with the authority of a Partner and the speed of a Founder.

 

Our hiring process: 

1. Talent screen (30 min): Initial culture and communication check.

2. Hiring manager deep-dive (1 hour): Technical interview on your B2B SaaS

and B2C Fintech sales strategies.

3. Test task

4. Final Bar-Raiser: Performance and vision alignment with our leadership.
