We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support Atlaslive’s Sales team by generating, qualifying, and nurturing sales opportunities across LATAM and other strategic markets.

 

This role is focused on high activity, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation, working closely with Mid and Senior Sales Managers.

 

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working with targets, processes, and daily sales routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, messaging apps)
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and follow structured processes
  • High level of discipline, consistency, and follow-up
  • Comfortable working remotely with international teams

 

Requirements:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Initiate first contact and schedule meetings for Sales Managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM
  • Follow daily and weekly activity targets (outreach, follow-ups, meetings booked)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Support pipeline growth and consistency across assigned markets

  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills
