Senior Go Developer

As part of our strategic growth, we are partnering with a dedicated product team that is building a next-generation high-load iGaming platform and slot engine from scratch.

We are looking for a Senior Go Developer who will play a key role in building the core engine and scaling the platform.
This role is part of a dedicated product initiative developed in partnership with Gamzix, and the selected candidate will work closely with this product team.

Responsibilities:
— Design and develop a high-performance, scalable slot engine from scratch
 — Ensure mathematical precision, RNG integration, and absolute data consistency
 — Analyze and refactor existing Node.js modules, with potential migration to Go
 — Optimize and maintain high-load services handling 10k+ requests per second
 — Work with PostgreSQL partitioning, Redis state management, and messaging systems
 — Collaborate directly with the CTO and core engineering team
 — Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy

Requirements:
— 5+ years of backend development experience
 — Strong expertise in Go and deep understanding of concurrency and performance
 — Experience working with high-load distributed systems
 — Experience with PostgreSQL, including complex transactions and optimization
 — Experience with Redis and message brokers (RabbitMQ or similar)
 — Strong understanding of ACID principles and data consistency
 — Experience working with legacy systems and refactoring is a strong advantage
 — Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Will be a plus:
— Experience in the iGaming industry
 — Experience migrating services between different technology stacks
 — Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
