Senior Sales Manager

PIN-UP Global is represented in Cyprus, Poland, Armenia, Peru, Malta. The holding’s headquarters is located in Cyprus.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager!
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in iGaming, digital marketing, media buying, or affiliate marketing.Understanding of performance marketing: paid traffic, CPA / RevShare models, funnels, KPIs, LTV, ROI.
- Ability to run consultative sales calls, present services, and clearly explain value propositions.
- Confident spoken and written English.
- Strong discipline in CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Experience working with different client types: small businesses and large iGaming operators

Will be plus:
- Existing network of contacts in the iGaming industry.
- Experience selling performance-based models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
- Participation in iGaming conferences (SiGMA, iGB, SBC, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and acquiring new iGaming clients (brands and operators).
- Conducting initial discovery calls and lead qualification.
- Presenting the agency, services, and case studies.
- Building custom marketing strategies tailored to client goals (channels, models, budgets).Closing deals, launching partnerships, and driving upsells.
- Coordinating with media buying, affiliate, and operations teams.
- Managing CRM, tracking deal stages, and maintaining accurate forecasts.
- Participating in industry conferences and working with inbound and offline leads.
