Product Full Stack Engineer

ORIL is looking for a product-minded Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on solving real user problems and the ability to own work end-to-end — from identifying what’s needed to delivering a solid solution.

You will join a team working on a product in the Construction Technology domain, operating at the intersection of industrial IoT, cloud software, and AI-enabled functionality to improve visibility, safety, and operational efficiency across complex construction projects. By combining connected on-site devices, real-time data, and intelligent automation, the platform helps clients reduce risk, prevent losses, improve productivity, and make data-driven decisions across complex job sites worldwide.

This is a hands-on engineering role. You will actively design, implement, and ship production-grade code while driving product decisions and delivery outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead features end-to-end — from clarifying the problem to implementing and shipping production code.
• Work directly with stakeholders and users to understand real problems and define clear success criteria.
• Turn ambiguous inputs into structured scope and practical technical solutions.
• Write and ship production-grade frontend and backend code (React + Python / Java / Node.js). You’re not expected to know everything — you’re expected to learn fast, leverage AI effectively, and deliver solid solutions.
• Build and iterate on product increments and PoCs to validate hypotheses.
• Use AI as a practical tool to accelerate development and implement intelligent functionality.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure what ships actually works.
• Make smart trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Take responsibility for results, not just completed tasks.
   

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience building production software with React and backend technologies (Python / Java / Node.js).
• Strong hands-on coding ability — you actively write and ship production-grade code.
• Experience owning delivery end-to-end: gathering requirements, implementing solutions, testing, and releasing.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders to clarify problems and define scope.
• Ability to turn unclear or high-level requests into concrete technical solutions.
• Solid experience working with AWS services (such as Lambda, ECS, RDS, IoT Core, or similar cloud infrastructure).
• Practical experience using AI to accelerate development and implement intelligent product functionality.
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) for direct communication with international stakeholders.

Strong Plus:

• Product Manager, Business Analyst experience with a technical background would be a solid plus.
• Experience running product experiments and validating hypotheses.
• Experience working with IoT or real-time data systems.
• Experience building AI-powered product features or intelligent automation.
• Background in ConTech, industrial, or other complex domain environments.
