Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, your will identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue.

 

You will be responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and signing new distribution partnership agreements to grow sales year over year. You will work to ensure success from on-boarding through launch and continue to develop the relationship as the partnership and business grows over time.

 

You will manage, report and track distribution partner results against our target KPIs and be held accountable for delivering on those targets.

 

You Will Have The Opportunity To:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets

• Execute the entirety of the sales process: prospecting, building/presenting sales presentations and end-of-year recaps, creating proposals, creating/negotiating contracts, upselling/renewing current partners, etc

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth

 

About You

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in building strategic partnerships in IT space, preferably in the outsourcing companies selling to the USA market;

• You use qualitative and quantitative approach to evaluate new business opportunities

• You have solid experience in tactical sale strategies, and you are comfortable with aggressive timelines & targets

• Fantastic communication /ability to “tell the story”, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Comfort working in a start-up environment where the pace is fast where the team is continuously evolving

• You are a team player and build an atmosphere of co-operation

• Excellent English —verbal and written
