Sales Manager
Dynamica Labs is an IT company specializing in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for clients across the US and UK markets.
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager who will be responsible for active B2B acquisition of new clients, as well as the professional management and development of existing accounts.
You will work with international companies, strengthen client relationships, build long-term partnerships, and directly contribute to the company’s financial growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales
- Proven experience working with clients in the US market
- Strong understanding of IT services and CRM solutions
- Upper-Intermediate+ level of English for international communication
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and active listening skills, including handling objections
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Ambition for professional growth with the potential to lead a team in the future
Responsibilities
- Proactively search for and attract new clients, expanding the company’s customer base in the US market
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closing
- Identify client needs, provide consultations on company services, and prepare tailored commercial proposals
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, supporting them throughout all stages of cooperation
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reporting in CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed established sales KPIs and revenue targets
