Sales Representative and Business Development Specialist

As we launch our new service, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Specialist. This is a full-cycle sales role designed for a professional who thrives on autonomy, market research, and process building. You will be responsible for the entire sales funnel: from identifying high-potential market segments and initiating outreach to conducting demonstrations and closing agreements.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging market opportunities and define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Design and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (LinkedIn, Email) to engage key decision-makers.
  • Hypothesis Testing: Formulate and test various value propositions and sales scripts to determine the most effective messaging for different niches.
  • Full-cycle Sales Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including initial qualification, product demonstrations, overcoming objections, and final negotiations.
  • Process Optimization: Document successful workflows and contribute to the development of a scalable sales playbook for the new service.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • Professional Background: Proven experience in Lead Generation (2+ years) and at least 6+ months of experience in Closing.
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (written and verbal) is essential for conducting international negotiations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and pivot strategies based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalized business proposals.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to maintain high performance in a dynamic, “start-up” style environment.
