Senior Marketing Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Marketing Full-Stack Engineer with strong frontend skills (JavaScript / React / WordPress) and a solid understanding of backend fundamentals.

This is a hybrid role at the intersection of engineering, marketing systems, and data. The engineer will initially support marketing and launch projects related to Formula-1 properties, with potential involvement in additional global digital initiatives later on.

This is not a pure frontend role and not a data engineer position. The expectation is someone comfortable operating across frontend, backend basics, tracking, and data flow.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend

• Build and maintain marketing websites and landing pages
• Strong JavaScript and React development

• Work with WordPress (custom themes / plugins preferred)

   

Backend (Basic to Intermediate)

• Understand and debug APIs (REST)
• Database fundamentals and basic troubleshooting

• Ability to debug server-side issues when needed

   

Marketing & Data Exposure

• Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain GTM and marketing pixels
• Ensure event tracking, UTM handling, and attribution logic works correctly
• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies between marketing events and internal BI tools
• Basic SQL knowledge to verify data flow and tracking

• Support CRM and marketing integrations

   

Technical Requirements

• Strong frontend skills: JavaScript, React
• Experience with WordPress (custom themes/plugins a plus)
• Understanding of backend fundamentals and APIs
• Knowledge of marketing tracking, event attribution, and UTM handling
• Basic SQL and ability to debug data flows

• Comfortable moving between frontend development and backend/data debugging

   

Professional Qualifications

• Full-stack experience (backend depth not required, but solid understanding expected)
• Experience working alongside marketing teams or marketing-driven projects
• Ability to understand how tracking and data collection should function
• Comfortable switching between frontend tasks and backend/data troubleshooting

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
