RNK Health focuses on accessible, science-based OTC health products, supplements, and personalized nutritional recommendations in the US market.

 

We sell vitamins and health supplements to American customers Ρ‡Π΅Ρ€Π΅Π· website (mobile apps are planned for future launch). Our mission is to make high-quality health products affordable and accessible to everyone.

 

We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales department.

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a strong sales leader with at least 3 years of experience as Head of Sales who can build, manage, and optimize a high-performing sales team (primarily Colombian sales representatives).

 

This role requires a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and the ability to develop and execute a clear sales roadmap aligned with business growth goals.

You will be responsible for team management, recruitment, KPI control, sales strategy development, and performance optimization.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead, manage, and scale the sales team (primarily Colombian team members)
  • Hire, onboard, and train new sales representatives
  • Develop and implement a clear sales roadmap and growth strategy
  • Set, track, and optimize KPIs for the sales team
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
  • Improve conversion rates and overall sales efficiency
  • Build and optimize sales scripts and processes
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations teams
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure high standards of communication and customer experience
  • Forecast revenue and plan capacity scaling

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Head of Sales (mandatory)
  • Proven experience managing international or remote sales teams
  • Experience in the health, supplements, or OTC niche (strong advantage)
  • Strong English skills (minimum B2 level, must be confident in speaking and writing)
  • Experience managing Spanish-speaking teams (strong advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
  • Experience building and executing sales strategies and roadmaps
  • Experience hiring and scaling teams
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Comfortable working at least until 2:00 PM NYC time (14:00–22:00 Kyiv time)

 

Preferred Competencies:

  • Multilingual (English / Ukrainian / Spanish preferred)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Keap, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Strong reporting and forecasting skills
  • Experience working with AI tools to optimize workflows and scripts

     

Interview Process:

  • Interview with HR (30 mins)
  • Interview with Head of Marketing & Operations Manager (1 hour)
  • Interview with CEO (30 mins)
