IT Operations and Automation Engineer (SaaS stack)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an IT Operations and Automation Engineer (SaaS stack) 

Requirements:

- 3+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or IT support within modern SaaS environments

- Strong experience building automations in Zapier, n8n, or similar workflow tools

- Hands-on administration of Jamf (macOS management)

- Hands-on administration of Intune (Windows management, Autopilot preferred)

- Experience with Okta (SSO, MFA, integrations)

- Google Workspace administration (users, groups, policies)

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth/OIDC, troubleshooting integrations

- Ability to write clear documentation and communicate with technical & non-technical stakeholders

- Upper - Intermediate or higher level of English
