Automation QA Engineer (Playwright + TypeScript)

About the Role

We are looking for a Middle+ Automation QA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of a high-load financial exchange platform. The product operates in a domain with elevated quality, reliability, and performance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright + TypeScript
• Design scalable and maintainable test architecture
• Contribute to the overall test automation strategy
• Perform UI and API test automation
• Analyze defects and participate in root cause investigations
• Collaborate with developers and product teams
• Participate in code reviews and quality initiatives
• Help improve QA processes and best practices
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in QA / Test Automation
• Solid hands-on experience with Playwright
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript
• Experience with UI test automation
• Experience with API testing / automation
• Understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
• Experience working with Git
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• English level: Intermediate or higher

• Experience with high-load or complex systems
• Experience in fintech / trading / financial products
• Knowledge of REST / network protocols
• Experience with test reporting & debugging tools
