Senior Product Designer

Our client Lazarev.agency - focus on design AI-native products for B2B and fintech companies—late-stage startups and enterprise teams shipping copilots, recommendation engines, and data-heavy tools. Their clients have serious tech under the hood, but their products often lack the visual punch and polish that makes investors and users fall in love.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who brings craft and clarity. Someone who makes complex AI features feel intuitive—and the whole experience feel premium. Smooth micro-interactions. Seamless flows. You have a strong POV and move fast. You make decisions, not decks. You think about business outcomes—adoption, revenue, the "wow" in a demo—while still obsessing over the details.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to explore multiple visual directions, ideate flows on-the-go
• Portfolio with modern, high-quality interfaces—if it includes B2B, fintech, or AI products (must)
• Strong visual craft—you care about the details that make interfaces feel polished and delightful
• Solid UX thinking—you can turn complex logic into clear flows, handle edge cases, and design for real adoption
• Figma fluency
• Interest in AI tools, gamification, and what makes products feel alive
• Clear communication—you can explain your thinking to product leads, engineers, and execs
• English: advanced, comfortable with cross-team speaking, presenting, interviewing international stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI interfaces—copilots, assistants, recommendation engines
• Background in fintech, trading, payments, or enterprise products
• Understand how to build prototypes via AI tools to do interactive demos
• Interest in gamification and reward patterns
• Design systems experience
• Some experience with motion design, advanced prototyping or micro-interactions

• Explore bold visual directions—then refine them into something shippable
• Prototype interactions to sell ideas and validate with stakeholders
• Collaborate with design leads, developers, and clients to ship work you're proud of
• Help translate business context into product logic—and product logic into pixels
