Role Overview

We are looking for a Webflow Developer who understands that a website is not a visual project — it is a growth system.

You will work closely with strategists, designers, SEO specialists, and content teams to build structured, scalable Webflow websites that:

• Rank in search
• Convert qualified traffic
• Integrate with marketing systems
• Support long-term inbound growth

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, scalable websites in Webflow (from Figma designs)
• Build CMS-driven architectures (Collections, dynamic pages, filters)
• Implement structured SEO best practices (semantic structure, schema readiness, internal linking logic)
• Optimize site performance (speed, responsiveness, clean class structure)
• Set up integrations (HubSpot, GA4, Search Console, CRM, Zapier, etc.)
• Implement scalable design systems (Client-First or equivalent methodology)
• Maintain and improve existing client websites
• Support landing pages and campaign builds

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Webflow interactions
• Experience building CMS-heavy and SEO-structured websites
• Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
• Experience working with Figma-based design systems
• Strong attention to structure, clean class naming, and scalability
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience with Client-First or similar class systems
• Basic JavaScript knowledge
• Experience working with B2B businesses
• Understanding of inbound marketing logic
• Familiarity with Webflow animations and advanced interactions
