Junior CRM Manager
For our partner BigD, the iG Leader in LATAM 2025, we are looking for a Junior CRM Manager.

The company is currently seeking a proactive Junior CRM Manager to optimize user engagement, retention, and overall LTV across its global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lifecycle communications across email, SMS, web-push, and in-app channels.
- Work daily with Greytech
- Create, set up, and launch CRM campaigns and automated flows.
- Develop content and promo strategies for different user segments.
- Execute A/B tests to optimize OR, CTR, CR, and overall efficiency.
- Build user segmentation and personalize communication flows.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and BI teams to drive retention KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance and propose improvements.
- Work with domains: setup, monitoring, and maintenance of domain health for email deliverability.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as CRM Manager / CRM Coordinator / Retention Specialist.
- Understanding of iGaming and the online casino player lifecycle.
- Experience managing email, SMS, web-push campaigns and automated flows.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience working with domains (DNS settings, domain warm-up, deliverability basics).
- Basic HTML knowledge for editing email templates.
- Ability to work with graphic editors (simple template adjustments).
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and time-management.
- English β Intermediate+
