The Role 

We need a Senior Flutter Developer who actually understands mobile, not just someone who can ship a demo app. This role is for someone who has built, shipped, maintained, broken, and fixed real world apps at scale. If you only know Flutter widgets but do not understand how mobile OSes behave under the hood, this role is not for you.

Core Responsibilities

• Native Bridge Expertise. You do not just use packages. You modify them. You dive into Swift and Kotlin to fix what Flutter cannot.
• System Level Awareness. Understand iOS and Android app lifecycles, background execution limits, memory management, and threading.
• UI Precision. We value the difference between an edit icon and a settings icon. You deliver pixel perfect interfaces that respect device level realities. We use the Pencil Icon for edits and the Cog for settings.
• Performance Optimization. Identify and eliminate memory leaks, jank, and performance bottlenecks.
• Security. Handle platform specific behaviors including permissions, notifications, and secure storage.

Required Technical Skills

• 5 plus years of professional mobile development with 3 plus years of Flutter in production.
• Dart Mastery. Deep command of Dart, async programming, isolates, and streams.
• Scale. Proven experience handling apps with 100k plus concurrent sessions or viral spikes.
• CI/CD. Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise for automated mobile pipelines.
