We are a fast-growing digital advertising technology company that has developed an innovative tool connecting to streaming platforms via API, primarily Twitch but compatible with other streaming services. Our technology enables advertisers to overlay interactive ad banners on streamers' video content, creating new possibilities for audience engagement. We're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to drive our expansion strategy and cultivate valuable client relationships with streamers, advertisers, and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the streaming advertising market, with a focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, streamers, esports organizations, and other content creators across various streaming platforms;
- Develop partnerships with brands looking to reach streaming audiences through interactive advertising;
- Fully manage clients as an account manager (support, consulting, request processing)
- Conduct regular upsells to existing clients, increase average order value and extend contracts;
- Actively work towards achieving KPIs of acquiring 10 medium-sized clients in the first 6 months;
- Negotiate and close contracts for advertising services, ensuring optimal terms for the company;
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver comprehensive advertising solutions;
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders;
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on digital advertising
developments, ensuring the company remains competitive; - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role;
- Essential: Experience in selling digital advertising solutions on the publisher side or within an advertising agency;
- Experience working as an account manager and conducting successful upsells to existing clients;
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, particularly in live streaming and interactive media;
- Knowledge of streaming platforms (Twitch and others), influencer marketing, and the streaming content landscape is highly desirable;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets;
- Experience with media planning, audience targeting, and advertising campaign optimization
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Understanding of advertising metrics, analytics, and reporting;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.
