Junior Bizdev to $700

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
• Good English (B2+), other languages are a plus;
• Understanding of digital marketing or performance models is a plus;
• High level of organization and attention to detail;
• Willingness to learn and grow in BizDev / partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior BizDev managers in partner acquisition and account management;
• Search, outreach and initial communication with potential partners (brands, advertisers, agencies);
• Maintain and update CRM and partner database;
• Coordinate onboarding of new partners with internal teams;
• Assist in negotiations and follow-ups;
• Monitor partner performance and prepare basic reports;
• Market and competitor research;
• Support internal business development initiatives

Will be a plus:

• Experience in iGaming, Dating or affiliate marketing;
• Basic understanding of CPA / RevShare models;
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.);
• Analytical mindset.
