Sales Manager- Banking for digital creators

YouTube creators are global enterprises, yet traditional banks treat them like hobbyists. MilX is the disruptor. We are a global fintech powerhouse within the official YouTube Partner ecosystem (via ScaleLab / AIR).

 

We don't need a "lead list builder." We need a Sales Hunter to own the top-of-funnel for the world’s most influential creators. This is a high-growth role: you start by opening doors; you stay to lead the department.
 

The Role: Tactical outreach & cold calling

Your primary mission is to break through the noise. You will be responsible for identifying high-revenue creators and using every tool available-Cold Calling, Bespoke DMs, and Strategic Emails-to secure high-value discovery meetings.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Aggressive prospecting: Identify the "top 10%" of YouTube creators with high-revenue potential.
  • Cold calling & catekeeping: Call talent agencies and managers directly. You must be comfortable navigating gatekeepers to get to the decision-maker.
  • Bespoke outreach: Craft "un-ignorable" manual messages on X, Discord, and LinkedIn. No automated spam—only high-level, empathetic communication.
  • The hand-off: Successfully pitch the MilX value prop and book qualified discovery calls for the senior team.
  • Growth path: This role is designed to evolve into a Full-Cycle Sales Manager as you master the product and the market.

  • Cold calling native: You aren't afraid of the phone. You have "ice in your veins" and a professional, persuasive phone manner.
  • Creator fluent: You know the difference between CPM and RPM. You understand the YouTube landscape.
  • Flawless english: C1/C2 level. You can write and speak with the authority of a financial consultant.

  1. Talent screen (30 min): Initial meeting with our recruiter in English to verify communication skills and cultural fit.
  2. Hiring manager deep-dive (1 hour): A technical interview with the team leaders to discuss your "hunting" strategy and past wins.
  3. Test task: A short, practical exercise (e.g., "Find and pitch this specific creator").
  4. Bar-raising interview: A final high-level culture and performance check with our leadership to ensure you’re ready to scale.
