About the Role

At NeverEnding, we build long-term partnerships with clients worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to become the main point of contact for our partners, ensure successful game launches, and help scale our business through strong, trust-based relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and build long-term, trust-based relationships with existing clients
  • Ensure successful game launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities on client brands
  • Handle technical, operational, financial, and business-related issues on a regular basis
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions (SBC, Sigma, ICE, etc.)
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on client performance and results
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new growth opportunities
  • Coordinate activities between clients and internal teams (product, support, marketing)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in iGaming as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role
  • Understanding of online casino operations, operators, and aggregators
  • Proven experience in successful game or product launches with clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
  • Experience participating in industry exhibitions and events
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with game performance data
  • English level C1+ (all communication with clients in English)
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships rather than just sell
  • Proactive in addressing client issues before they escalate
  • Comfortable communicating with senior client stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions independently
  • Understands the balance between client interests and company goals

  • Working Schedule & Salary
  • Format: Remote or Hybrid if you are on Warsaw
  • Full-time: 40 hours/week, 5/2 schedule
  • Salary: Competitive, discussed individually
