    Real Estate & Facilities Organization

     

  • Responsibilities:

    Receiving incoming calls
    Working with mail, couriers, courier services
    Management of incoming/outgoing correspondence
    Participation in the organization of guest visits
    Meeting visitors, employees, etc
    Meeting rooms management
    Ordering and issuing office supplies (incl. purcashing)
    Collection of orders and purchase of products for coffee breaks, office supplies
    Preparation of copies and scans of documents
    Preparation of printed materials
    Organization of coffee breaks and lunches during meetings
    Support of internal document flow

     

  • Mandatory Skills Description:

    1 year experience as a secretary or administrator in a global company
    Accuracy, attentiveness, responsibility, sociability
    Ability to work in a team
    Ability to work in multitasking mode
    Ability to work with a large amount of information
