Business Development and Sales Manager at F-47 (IT Outstaffing)
F-47 helps post-MVP startups rapidly strengthen their technical teams. Our clients are founders from around the world who need developers in days, not months. We are at an early stage and looking for the first commercial hire to join our team.
Who we are looking for:
A Sales Manager with specific experience in Outstaffing/Outsourcing. This is a key requirement โ you must understand the model, the sales cycle, and how to speak with technical founders.
Format: Part-time, remote.
Compensation: $600/mo starting base + % commission (base salary increases as we grow).
Responsibilities:
* Processing 5โ7 inbound leads per day: qualification, needs assessment, and closing deals.
* Communicating with startup Founders and CTOs in English.
* Guiding clients through the funnel from first contact to contract.
* Providing feedback to the team: what clients ask, where we lose them, and what needs to change.
Requirements:
* Must-have: Experience working in an IT Outstaffing or Outsourcing company.
* Fluent English (written + spoken).
* Understanding of the startup environment (MVP, burn rate, scaling).
* Independence โ this is a part-time role without micromanagement.
Nice to have:
* Experience with CRM (Pipedrive/HubSpot).
* Outbound experience (LinkedIn, email).
* Understanding of tech stacks.
* Experience with US/EU markets.
