Digital Product Researcher

We are looking for a reliable Full-time Digital Product Researcher (Remote) to support daily operational tasks and conduct online research. The ideal candidate is responsible, able to work independently and quick to learn anything from scratch.

What we’re looking for:

• English: Upper Intermediate;
• Availability in EU or US time zones required;
• Ready to assist with any operational task and keep it running so smoothly that the rest of the team wonders if you have superpowers;
• Strong online research skills and attention to detail;
• Experience or strong interest in researching mobile apps, features, and trends;
• Comfortable working with new topics and learning from scratch (new tools, apps, workflows);
• Experience using various AI platforms;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effetively;
• Stress-resistant, able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy;
• Confident enough to knock on all possible doors to get a task done;
• If keeping chaos under control sounds like your happy place, we’ll probably get along great.
   

Your day-to-day will include:

• Being available in chat from 13:00–22:00 Kyiv time (actual work can be done whenever it suits you);
• Conducting research (e.g. analyzing the logic of new mobile app features, investigating new mobile app launch, exploring new tools, studying market competitors);
• Turning research findings into clear, structured summary repots;
• Completing operational tasks of any complexity on time;
• Using AI like a boss for almost every task to work smarter, not harder;
• Staying organized when 5 different things need to be done yesterday;
