Junior Manual QA Enginer to $1200

The Opportunity:

Join our team to help deliver bug-free experiences to our users. We need a proactive tester who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution across our web and mobile apps.

Core Requirements:

- 1+ year of manual testing experience (Web + Mobile App focus);

- Ability to translate feature requirements into clear test scenarios;

-Strong grasp of testing methodologies: from smoke tests to deep regression;

- Experience documenting defects in Jira (or similar tools) with precision;

- Understanding of client-server architecture (HTTP, REST basics, Postman);

- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities:

- Test Planning: Write and update test cases/checklists for iOS, Android, and Web versions;

- Execution: Test new functionality, UI/UX, and localization;

- Quality Control: Perform smoke tests on release builds to prevent critical failures in production;

- Teamwork: Work closely with the dev team to triage bugs and validate fixes promptly;

- Analysis: Ensure all reported issues have detailed logs and reproduction steps.

Bonus Points:

- Knowledge of mobile sniffing tools (Charles/Fiddler) or crash reporting (Firebase);

- Experience testing complex flows like payments or bookings (Real Estate/Marketplace domain);

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and CI/CD pipelines;

- Interest in or basic knowledge of automation (e.g., writing simple scripts).
