QA Analyst (Product Quality and UX) to $2800
We ship multiple times a day. Tests catch regressions. You catch what machines can’t.
This role is not about ticking boxes or validating acceptance criteria. It’s about living inside the product, thinking like a user, and steering us toward a better experience—every single day.
What you’ll do
- Manually test new features alongside a strong automated test suite
- Explore the product like a real user: find edge cases, inconsistencies or confusing flows
- Actively challenge “it works” when it doesn’t feel right
- Write clear, actionable bug reports that engineers can fix fast
- Work closely with engineers and the CTO in a Continuous Delivery environment
What we’re looking for
- You’re curious, observant, and slightly obsessive about details
- You care deeply about user experience and product quality
- You think in scenarios, not just requirements
- You communicate clearly in English, especially in writing
- 1-3 years of QA experience in an agency or start up
Technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) is nice to have, not required.
Why you’ll like it here
- Real ownership over product quality and user experience
- Work with a sharp, motivated team that gets things done
- Continuous delivery: your feedback influences what ships today, not next quarter
- Remote-first, with a killer Berlin office when you want it
If you want to learn how high-quality software is really shipped—and how great products feel, not just function—this role is for you.
