Technical Lead

We’re looking for a part-time/hourly Tech Lead / Principal Developer who will shape technical standards, architectural decisions, and hiring quality across multiple projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on architecture, system design, technical excellence, and decision-making — not daily feature implementation.

You will work across multiple projects and domains, gaining wider system design exposure than a typical single-product role offers.

Your impact will include:

Architecture & Technical Quality

• Owning and influencing key architectural decisions (.NET, microservices, scalability)
• Conducting deep code reviews and enforcing engineering standards
• Identifying and systematically reducing technical debt
• Improving and evolving our internal framework based on real project needs
  
   

Hiring & Technical Interviews

• Leading technical interviews for Middle and Senior engineers
• Assessing architectural thinking, problem-solving depth, and engineering maturity
• Raising the hiring bar and strengthening technical evaluation standards
• Contributing to a consistent and high-quality hiring process
  
   

Pre-Sales & Strategic Contribution

• Participating in pre-sales calls
• Providing technical estimations
• Balancing long-term technical quality with business and delivery constraints
  
   

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET
• Strong understanding of React or Angular
• Practical experience with microservices architecture
• Experience scaling systems in production
• Proven experience conducting technical interviews and performing code reviews
• English level B2+
  
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure or AWS in production
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging
• Background in solution architecture or pre-sales engineering
• Experience improving or maintaining internal frameworks or shared platforms
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
• Previous experience in a part-time or fractional Tech Lead / Principal Engineer role
