Business Development Manager / Sales Executive

We are EverREST, a Salesforce & RevOps consulting firm. We help global companies turn chaos into revenue through system architecture. We are growing fast and have a dedicated Lead Generation team filling the pipeline. We don't need you to scrape leads. We need you to close them. We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to take ownership of our deal flow, manage big-ticket negotiations, and build our partnership ecosystem.

What You Will Do:

1. Close Deals (The Core):

  • Conduct Discovery Calls and Demos with qualified leads (from Upwork, LinkedIn, Website).
  • Diagnose complex business problems and prescribe Salesforce solutions (Consultative Selling).
  • Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals ranging from $5k to $50k+.

2. Drive Partnerships (The Multiplier):

  • Build and nurture relationships with AEs, VC funds, and Other Agencies.
  • Turn these partners into a consistent source of referral leads.
  • Represent EverREST at offline industry events and conferences to build face-to-face trust.

3. Direct the Strategy:

  • You will NOT do manual lead gen. Instead, you will provide feedback to our Lead Gen team: "Target FinTech in London with X revenue".
  • Refine our value proposition and sales decks based on market feedback.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • The Closer DNA: Proven track record of closing B2B Service/Tech deals (3+ years). You know how to move a deal from "Maybe" to "Signed Contract".
  • Salesforce/Tech Savvy: You don't need to be a developer, but you must understand CRM, Pipelines, and RevOps well enough to sell it confidently to C-Level execs.
  • Partnership Experience: You know that a partnership is more than just swapping logos. You know how to build value for both sides.
  • English: C1+.

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Aggressive Commission Structure (Uncapped).
